McNab`s Bar & Bistro in Inverness

The workers are very nice here. Got the the red kratom with blue lotus and it tastes pretty grounding and earthy. It is a great base for adding other herbal tinctures too. I’d love to see this place adding more fresh juices and elixirs to their menu. There are great ways to mix fresh ingredients into these amazing plants and have them taste great! I love that this seems more zen then a lot of the other kava bars. Would have loved some more zen music to go with the name (ex binaural beats or more downtempo music) 🌱 Cute scenery for photos :)

Super chill atmosphere with excellent all natural drinks to Mellow you out or wake you up, depending on your mood and needs... if you've never been to a kava bar you definitely want to stop by the Awa Na locations on Oakland Park Boulevard, Atlantic Boulevard and McNab Road

Great little spot for kava. It was my first time trying it and Deb was pretty helpful and knowledgeable in her suggestions.

So I happen to be visiting Pompano Beach and this place is fantastic. Great environment, wonderful people, fantastic Kava and Kratom. What more could you ask for so close to where you are staying. Glad I now have a spot where I can relax and get work done everytime I am in town for business.

This is a little gem. Very clean and drinks are well made. Doesn’t seem overly crowded here whenever I come just a nice place to wind down or even get some work done on the computer. Comfy couches and spacious bar. Lots of flavoring options besides syrups.

Chill vibes. Same owner as awa na kava. Good kava at good prices. Dope kratom. Great people.

I love the bartender guy he is an awsome bartender I forgot his name but he works weds and he has amazing customer service and his music makes the relaxing vibe 10x better

This is a disappointment! I have no idea where did the positive reviews come from! If you're looking for a hookah lounge or a lively place to pass the time, this is not the place! Look somewhere else. A tiny place with a tiny tiny corner with one seat they call lounge!

Great place to come hang out and drink Kava. I like that's it's sort of hidden. I've been around for more than a year and just found this place. It's nice and clean and I've returned a few times already.

Decided to pop in on a whim, and was immediately pleased by the relaxing environment and very well thought out layout and decor. The kavalada masks the Anbesol'n'Dirt flavor that I'm used to from the plain kava tea I make at home.Will definitely be coming here again.

So far my favorite Kava spot in Broward. Well decorated in a plaza with easy parking on east Oakland not too far from downtown Fort Lauderdale.. and in my opinion its Superior to the other places found in east fort lauderdale area. Better and older crowd . more relaxed setting .. better tasting options for your Kava and Kratom teas.

I'm visiting for the first time as a local and I will definitely be returning. Since I haven't heard of or tried Kava before my experience is limited to this occasion. I must say I am very excited about my new discovery. This place is fantastic. The warm and inviting atmosphere have a calming effect. Deborah behind the bar is friendly and sincere. The Kava is a treat everyone should try at least once. Let's keep this place a secret as long as possible. Seriously, do yourself a favor, if you haven't already, try Kava at Zen Root.

Always a pleasure! You can count on relaxing music and a classy, pleasant atmosphere here. Tony enhances the experience with his gracious service. It's always a bit tricky to find the turn into the little plaza, but with practice I'll get the hang of it.

From the half off deals with there point system to all the vape selection they have ! They really have it all from kratom ,kava, coffee , espresso! Awa Na Zen Kava Bar is a very cool, relaxing place. I came here for the first time on a date (beats Starbucks). Neither one of us has ever been here, so we didn't know what to expect. Immediately after walking in, we noticed the peaceful vibe.The employee Charles was social and very nice. He explained the different types of drinks to make our choice easier.we both really enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere. It's laid-back, quiet chill place. I wouldn't be surprised if people come here to study. They have comfortable couches and a bar you can sit at while enjoying your drink.Between the friendly staff, the atmosphere and the products, I will definitely be back.

This place is great. Wasn't sure about it when I first heard about this place, but it is really a great spot. People are friendly and was super relaxed from the red kratom tea that I had. I will be a regular customer here going forward.

Not sure how to describe this place. It's kinda cool in a hippy way. This was my first time trying kratom. The bat looks like a bar. They have puzzles and games and coloring books. Very hipster, the drinks can be like coffee, lattes that kind of stuff. They don't taste as good as coffee. I did feel a bit giddy after one drink, but it isn't intense at all. Very mild. I'd go again. Also I could use some likes on these reviews. Thanks.

Joe makes the teas incredible, I love coming here after a long day at work and winding down. Warm atmosphere, friendly company. You can taste the love in the beverages brewed here, a large variety of flavors, Blue Lotus tea is hands down my favorite. And you'll have a clean and comfortable lounge to enjoy it.

Hey folks, visited this place on a Friday evening and enjoyed and will be back. The owners are cool people and knowledgeable about the product. The decor is very zen and you can play games and color while you drink. If you want an alternative to the bar scene this is a local place you will enjoy. Highly recommend and I'll be coming here more often.

What a fantastic surge of good vibrations and energy, this was my second time at a Kava bar and my favorite. Rick is very inviting and answered all my questions, the environment is extremely relax and I could feel the good vibrations, and Joe was very aware and kind a real good match. This will be my new home to relax and chill, if your into a relaxed mood and great atmosphere this is it...thanks Joe, and Rick...and JOHN a guy who was sitting there and we talked briefly great place...
